Why is there a charge on my card?

It’s a charge for a Speechify product you signed up for with your credit card. The charge is for one of our products such as Text to Speech, Voice Over, or Audiobooks.

What is Speechify.com?

Speechify is a software company based in the United States. We create text to speech tools, sell audiobooks, and useful products that remove barriers to reading as well as other types of audio and AI voice over products.
Why are you charging me?

This is a charge for one of Speechify’s three products: Text to Speech, Audiobooks, or Voice Over. Speechify.com/charge will appear on your billing statement when you purchase one of these products directly, when the trial period for a subscription ends, or when your subscription is renewed.
Don’t remember Speechify?

If the product name isn’t familiar, it’s likely your business partner or family member purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from a family member signing up for the product. If you can’t identify the origin of this charge, don’t hesitate to reach out! Can I get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you, your partner, or your co-worker provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email [email protected].
Can I get a refund?

Our products have specific refund policies, but we will do our best to help you as much as we can. If you have not used the product you can always email [email protected] to inquire about the refund policy for the product you purchased.
